सेतु बिरह के बांधता रहूँगा

'गर प्रेम की नदी का 

तू किनारा सामनेवाला ,

तो मैं बाँधु 

सेतु बिरह के  ,

और 

भर कर मेरी आँखों से 

वेदना का वारि ,

तेरी आँखों में डालु  ;

जब तक 

छलक जाय ना पैमाना 

तेरे प्रेम का ,

और ज्वार आये 

तेरे दिल के दरिया में ,

मैं 

गमो का बन कर गगन 

गरजता रहूँगा, 

भिगाने तेरे जिस्म को 

बरसता रहूँगा ;

छलकती प्रेम की 

नदी पर तेरी,

सेतु बिरह के 

बांधता रहूँगा  !

હું વિરહના સેતુ બાંધુ

તું પ્રેમની સરિતાનો સામો કિનારો

તો

હું વિરહના સેતુ બાંધુ ;

અને આંખને ઘડુલે ઘડુલે

ઠાલવું

તારી આંખમાં ,

મારી વેદના ના વારિ ;

જ્યાં સુધી તારો પ્રેમ ના છલકાય

ને તારું ઉર ના ઉભરાય,

ઠાલવતો રહું ગમો ના ગગન

વિરહ ના સેતુ બાંધતો રહું .
